French Conversation

A French conversation group meets in the Riverbend Room on Saturday mornings from 10 am to noon. Their only requirement is that French only is spoken. French films with English subtitles are shown the first Saturday of the month. Feel Free to join in.

Benefit Concert

Shy Jazz will host the musical showcase which gets underway upstairs at the Sea Shack Restaurant in Wheeler. Proceeds form the cover charge will help keep the artists’ coop gallery in Manzanita open.

Manzanita Writers' Series

Writing is by nature a solitary work. For a writer to keep writing, however, and to find the motivation to do all the work necessary to get their work published it helps to connect with the wiring community. This is one of the key goals of the Manzanita Writers Series. Each month a different featured author will be in the spotlight, and all writers are encouraged to share their latest project. The Annex will be set up in a café style with coffee/tea and snacks available. A suggested donation of $5 will help cover event expences.
